Many thanks to Sensei Mike Gude – 5th Dan – Senior Instructor Haxby Shotokan Karate Club for travelling to Selby to take our younger members, while we held our club meeting.
Our senior members also enjoyed a session of Sensei Mike’s kumite training for the last thirty minutes of training. Osu!
