We will be running an Autumn beginners course at both dojo from the end of September. I have produced some posters and leaflets..hope you can help with the distribution?
The Course and grading should be a must for all karateka, we don’t get a chance to train with Kato Shihan very often. Training is essential for all those who are planning to grade and even if you are not grading this time you should still make every effort to attend.
The JKS competition is in Nottingham and is planned for the 6th November this year, we are awaiting full details.
New for this year is the York Karate Championships, a local competition for Shotokan clubs in and around York. This is an ideal “half way house” between our club competition and a National competition. we should make every effort to support the event and try and win some medals….
