In a couple of hours I will be heading for Whitchurch with Josh for another weekends training at the IJKA hombu dojo. As always never sure what the weekend will bring…we will have to wait and see. Last time Josh attended he was introduced to ten katas that he had never seen before, hopefully we are not in for a repeat session?
