I hope you are enjoying the sessions and hope Rebecca didn’t work you too hard on your first sessions when I was away.
Rebecca has got quite a reputation you know. I believe she even brought “Mr Shinai” (bamboo sword) down training one week.
“Mr Shinai” is a great motivational instructor for our more experienced karateka, and even if he is silent in the corner he seems to work his magic…lol.
